📩 Watch for a Message From Me
Before our first session, you’ll receive a message from me with:
- A few simple prep tasks (nothing overwhelming)
- Your live meeting link if you choose to meet online
- Any notes specific to your training session
👉 Zoom is completely optional.
We can do everything over the phone if you prefer. I do not need to see your screen to help you — screen sharing is only used if you would like me to walk through something visually.
These steps help us use our time efficiently so we can focus on what matters most to you.
Please keep an eye on your email or text messages — if you don’t see anything within a reasonable time, feel free to reach out.
Step 1: Check Your Confirmation
You should receive a confirmation email/text with:
- Your appointment date and time
- Any notes you added during booking
If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check spam or junk folders. If it’s still missing, text or email me and I’ll resend it.
Step 2: Get Ready for Training
To make the most of your session, please do at least one of the following before we meet:
- Write down your top 3 questions
- Have your website login handy (if we’re editing your site)
- Be in a quiet place where you can focus
- If we’re working with Google tools, log into the Gmail account you use for your business
Step 3: You’re All Set
Since you completed the intake form when booking, there’s nothing else you need to submit right now.
I’ll review your responses before our session so I understand your goals, experience level, and what you’d like help with.
Step 4: What Happens Next
Before your session:
- I’ll review your intake responses
- I’ll prepare guidance based on what you shared
During your session:
- We’ll talk through your goals together
- I’ll explain things in plain English
- We’ll focus on clarity, confidence, and next steps
After your session (optional):
- You can request a recording (when available)
- I can send simple next-step bullet points so you’re not guessing later
No stress if you’re unsure what you need — we’ll figure it out together during the session.
